Kata Performance Application

1.     From 9:00 to 11:00 am, Kata Performance will be held in the Gym.

2.     The kata can be either single, group, weapons, or open.

3.     Each participant will  receive only one medal.

4.     All kata performers must be pre-registered by 9:00 am on Saturday, April 26, 2008.

5.     Participating Schools (those who have donated $50 to AsianFest 2008) will be allocated five free entries (individual students).

6.      Additional entries or entries from non-participant schools will pay a $5 entry fee.

7.     A student can perform in up to three kata performances.
